Manual Lymph Drainage
The lymphatic system plays a key role in removing toxins out of the body and replenishing the immune system so it can continue to heal.
Events like surgery, injury or cancer treatments can stop the system from functioning at its full capacity, resulting in abnormal amounts of swelling and tightness around the body, increased fatigue and susceptibility to illnesses.
MLD is a light hands-on therapy designed to assist the lymphatic system reboot into its natural rhythm, relieving swelling and returning the body to a natural state of equilibrium.

Myofascial Release
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. Accidents, surgery, serious injury and repetitive strain can put the fascia out of alignment with the rest of the body.
Hands on manipulation and adjusting of fascia (light and deep) throughout the body works to relax, lengthen and realign your fascia. It helps relieve pain and motion restriction and is ideal for muscles that feel tight and won’t release, as well as give you back your full range of motion.

Neurogenic Release
With life experiences piling up we can find ourselves stuck in physical pain, emotional distress with the body barely having time to catch up and use its natural mechanisms to unwind and reboot.
Neurogenic Release gently invokes neurogenic tremors discharge pent up stress, tension from the nervous system. Our bodies were actually designed to tremor. When we allow our body to tremor we essentially discharge excess energy from the nervous system.
Once complete our body can move out of excess activation and return to its natural state of equilibrium.
NR has its roots in the training and principles of Trauma Release Exercise created by David Berceli to help the body naturally release stress/PTSD/trauma.
Lovely animation to explain.
